Group Bookings
To pay for a full group, the quickest method is to use Paypal to pay each member individually, as this is an instant payment.
To purchase multiple tickets for a group in one payment, you will need to direct deposit into our bank account, and use the same reference number for each ticket registration, and finally send an email to info@rflan.org with the details so we can match them up.
Once your entire team has purchased their tickets:
Head to the group booking form and fill out the form with your group details. Before you book, please look at the live floorplan here.
Group Bookings close the Wednesday before the event weekend!
- Group Name
- Contact Email Address
- Group Member List, include each persons Booking Reference Number - eg 1234bobhop
This is sent via e-mail when each payment is confirmed (instant with paypal, up to 5 days for EFT)- Make sure to include yourself as the first member
- Preferred Seating Position - Please also include a second preference.
